It is a legal requirement that we must receive the original copy (not a scanned or faxed copy) of your prescription before we can dispense your medication.

How Do I Collect My Order?

Once we receive your prescription, our compounding pharmacist will call you to confirm your order and to go through your medical history and medication profile to ensure the prescription ordered is an effective and safe choice for you.

When we have completed your order, received payment and your original prescription, we will:

  • Home deliver it to you (if you live within 5km of our pharmacy).
  • Post it to you.
  • Post it to your practitioner (if they will be administering it for you).
  • You can also collect your order from our store.

How Much Does Compounding Cost?

Every compounding formulation varies in composition depending on your needs. When your pharmacist contacts you to discuss your prescription, they will also let you know the cost of your order.

Each compounded medication is unique to you, but to give you some indication of costs, prices start from:

Capsules – From only $40

Suspensions – From only $30

We do not give quotes over the phone without the pharmacist sighting a valid prescription for items which require a script

Does My Health Insurance Cover Compounded Medications?

Does My Health Insurance Cover Compounded Medications?

Compounded medications may be covered by your health insurance, depending on your plan. If in doubt, contact your health insurance provider.

While we do not use HICAPS, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt to enable you to claim with your health fund.
